Alexandra MEURANT, diplômée des Arts décoratifs en 2003 et Thomas ZURINI, autodidacte, créent le Studio AZ à Paris en 2007.
Alexandra ne cesse de chiner et de trouver des intérieurs qui la touchent, tels des visages "habités" et marqués par la vie, avec un souci pictural n'étant pas sans rappeler les nobles préoccupations du chemin par lequel elle a commencé: la peinture.
Thomas réalise ses premiers clichés à l'âge de trois ans avec son père photographe; l'oeil formé, la lumière comprise, libéré de toute référence, il s'impose d'abord derrière la caméra, puis curieux et perfectionniste, il retrouve l'appareil photo avec un style vif et précis.

Alexandra is constantly seeking and discovering interiors which inspire her, those that are, like a human face, inhabited by the traces of their life, and with a pictorial interpretation which reminds us of the noble path on which she departed: that of painting.
Thomas look his first pictures at the age of three in the company of his father, a photographer; The eye was trained, light understood and free of all references he finds his place behind the camera, and as a curious perfectionist he develops a crisp and precise style.
